How Mazuma Mobile Achieved a 162% Surge in Organic Revenue and Saved Costs

The Challenge

Mazuma Mobile is an award-winning phone recycling service that’s built its reputation on selling your old device simply, quickly, and in an eco-friendly way, along with hassle-free payments.

Despite Mazuma’s brand recognition, it felt its digital presence wasn’t reaching its full potential. It was already ranking well for their core keywords, but they recognised untapped opportunities in high-intent phrases that hadn’t yet worked for them.

Mazuma also wanted to manage their own paid campaigns but needed expert training to ensure a smooth in-house transition, without compromising SEO performance.

Mazuma required hands-on support, strategic direction, and regular communication. They also needed clear insight into how marketing efforts were contributing to orders, revenue, and growth.

Our Approach

SEO & Content Marketing

We developed and implemented a data-driven onsite SEO strategy, optimising high-impact pages and key categories. Additionally, we provided ongoing technical SEO recommendations to its developers, ensuring website performance aligned with search engine algorithm updates.

A consistent content plan was established, with four high-quality, relevant blogs published monthly. These articles covered the latest tech news, enhanced internal linking and strengthened Mazuma’s site authority.

PPC Training & Consultancy

To support Mazuma Mobile’s transition to in-house PPC management, we conducted in-depth account reviews, troubleshooting issues and analysed  performance data. We provided training on campaign structures, keyword strategies and conversion optimisation.

Initially meeting twice per week, we later transitioned to weekly strategy sessions to review past performance and set actionable goals.

Through ongoing collaboration, Mazuma Mobile achieved improved search visibility, greater website engagement and a fully trained in-house PPC team capable of managing paid campaigns effectively.

The Results

In the first six months:

  • 4,953 additional orders from organic traffic
