Even though Gorilla Accounting had a small in-house marketing team, the company wanted to bring in some additional marketing experience and expertise from the team here at SQ Digital. The goal was to improve SEO rankings, increase traffic to the website, boost brand awareness and generate more leads. Our SEO strategy focused on boosting the positions of key terms on search engine results pages (SERPs). We did this by adopting strategic campaigns designed to drive organic traffic to the website. Many of the key terms that Gorilla Accounting wanted to rank for ended up positioned within the first page of Google.

To boost the company’s brand awareness, we put an email marketing strategy in place, both to cold prospects and to existing clients. We also write several pieces of content each month – this helps us to build Gorilla Accounting’s reputation as a thought leader and expert in the industry.

Recently, we’ve been working with Gorilla Accounting to kickstart a robust PR campaign for both local news and industry-related content. From barely ranking for key terms, we’ve now achieved the first page of search results for most of them. Gorilla Accounting also ranks number 1 for many of the desired terms.
